Welcome to Black Luxe Car! By booking or using our limousine services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or using our services. You should not use our services if you disagree with these terms.

 

Services Provided

Black Luxe Car offers luxury limousine services, including airport transfers, weddings, corporate events, special occasions, and other transportation needs. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

 

Booking and Payment

  • Booking Process: To make a reservation, you will need to provide accurate information, including pick-up and drop-off locations, travel dates, special requests, and contact details.
  • Payment: Payments must be made at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed upon. We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee.
  • No-Show: In the event of a no-show, the full booking fee will be charged.

 

Pricing and Charges

  • All prices are quoted when booking and are subject to change.
  • Additional charges may apply for any extra services, extended hours, special requests, or delays due to client actions (e.g., late arrivals or changes to the itinerary).
  • A surcharge may apply for events like holidays or peak seasons.

 

Client Responsibilities

  • Punctuality: You are responsible for being at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.
  • Behavior: Clients and their guests are expected to behave respectfully. Black Luxe Car reserves the right to terminate the ride if passengers are disruptive, abusive, or engage in inappropriate behavior.
  • Personal Property: You are responsible for your belongings. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.

 

Vehicle and Chauffeur Conduct

  • Chauffeur Responsibility: Our professional chauffeurs are responsible for safely driving the vehicle. They are not responsible for changes to the itinerary or any personal requests beyond their role as drivers.
  • Vehicle Condition: Our vehicles are well-maintained and regularly inspected. In the rare event of a mechanical breakdown, we will do our best to provide an alternative vehicle.

 

Liability

  • Limitation of LiabilityBlack Luxe Car is not liable for any damage or loss to personal property, delays, accidents, or injuries caused by factors beyond our control (weather, traffic, accidents, or road closures).
  • Force majeure: We are not responsible for any failure or delay in providing services due to unforeseen circumstances, including, but not limited to, acts of nature, strikes, or government restrictions.
